Brand Brevity Workshop:
Simplify to Amplify

Cut through brand complexity with our focused two-session workshop that helps leadership teams distill their brand story to its most powerful form.

We'll sort through layers of unnecessary details to reveal the core elements that drive market impact.

Session One

Distill the Essentials

In this intensive half-day session, we identify which elements of your current brand strategy are creating value and which are creating noise.

We'll help you uncover your fundamental brand truth through proven frameworks – not by adding complexity but by strategically organizing your story and removing what doesn't serve your growth.

Session Two

Build Your Simplified Framework

Transform your clarified brand story into an actionable framework that's easy to understand and execute.

We'll create streamlined guidelines that empower teams to make confident decisions and deliver consistent experiences across all touchpoints.

You'll walk
away with:

  • A streamlined brand narrative that cuts through market noise
  • A simplified messaging framework that teams can actually use
  • Clear, actionable brand guidelines (not an encyclopedic manual)
  • Three activation ideas for communication, content, and community
  • Systems and template recommendations for ongoing brand management

This isn't about stripping away sophistication—it's about achieving greater impact through clarity.

While traditional agencies build elaborate brand architectures, our Brand Brevity Method helps you achieve more with less, proven through 80+ successful transformations.

We move from complexity to clarity in two focused sessions over four weeks.

Considerations

  • Brand Brevity is for established brands seeking simplicity and/or evolution.
  • Ideal for teams of 3-5 with contributors ranging from C-suite to brand managers.
  • Client pre-work includes a brand intake form and employee and customer surveys. Online surveys are provided; clients are responsible for distribution.
  • In-person meetings are always preferred; virtual sessions are available.
  • Complex parent/sub-brand architectures may require three sessions.
